Hi, @JLynn526, without more information, it is difficult to say...  Have you travelled recently?  What time zone are you in, and what time zone does it say?

In any case, if the timezone is wrong, causing the time on your Fitbit to be wrong, the best thing to do is to untick the "set timezone automatically" box and then manually select your timezone and then sync your Fitbit (check the time of the last sync to make sure that it really did sync completely).

That should fix it.  If it doesn't, select any WRONG timezone and sync, and then select the CORRECT timezone and sync again.  In each case, make sure that it really does sync.

After that you should be able to select auto timezone if you prefer, and all should be well.  For myself, I always keep suto timezone OFF because I find it can cause your step count to be problematic when you travel.

If this doesn't work. please post again with more details.  Welcome to the Community!
