Syncing

Flex syncs to iPhone when walking or if enter manually (e.g. Yoga) but not elliptical. Always has a message about not syncing Suggestions?

Hi, @Docmom6, I don't think I understand your question.  Could you ask again with more detail?

I have a fitbit flex. It syncs to my iPhone 7 without a problem. It also
syncs to the Weight Watchers app. The only time I have a problem is when I
enter exercise. It syncs Weights and Yoga, but it does not sync my
Elliptical machine. I have entered everything in the same way, but it
always shows the Elliptical as (not synced) in parentheses and in red on
the exercise page.

That is very odd.  So you are manually adding an activity to your account (i.e. typing the details in), and you can add activities named "yoga" or "weights" but you cannot add an activity called "elliptical"?  Is that what is happening?

Sort of. I can add Elliptical, but it just won't sync. In other words, it
shows up, and it lists the calories burned, but it keeps on asking me to
try again to sync and it never syncs.

I think I am still not clear about the issue.  Can you post a screen shot?
