Issues with app and Bluetooth.

Having problems with the app and connecting it to the Bluetooth which in turn effects my walking on the app

Thanks for sharing your experience with me, I would like to know more details about your issue so I can assist you further. Tell me, which tracker are you currently using? When you mention the app, what kind of trouble are you getting? What is the problem related to the Bluetooth on your mobile device? 

 

If you'd be so kind to reply to me with the information requested and even a screenshot of the Fitbit app, that will be very helpful for me to check this further. Thanks for your patience and understanding, I'll be waiting for your reply.
