Issues with my IOS app on iphone !!!

Hi all,

    Has anyone been experiencing issues with their ios app for the Fitbit Blaze ? (IPhone 5) I got to the app to check my stats and the headings and results disappear. Example my steps, flights and more... i normally have to shutdown the app and restart to get the categories back and then they disappear again ? Please Help?

It's great to see you around @Steve_Duke. If you are having problems with the iOS Fitbit app, I recommend verifying that your app is Updated, if it is not, please update it. If it is, I recommend uninstalling and reinstalling the app.

Hi @AlejandraFitbit . Thanks for the advice! Seems to be working on point now. Also sorry for the late response, the notifications that were being sent to my email were ending up in my spam folder. Man LOL

I have a flex that since the update of the app had had issues syncing. I have tried both dashboards and removed the device but won't reconnect. Only way to fix is to uninstall app then readd the device. It's the 4th time since the recent update that I have had to uninstall the app. I have also played with all day sync or the manual sync. This is pretty annoying.

A warm welcome to the Forums @Flhtk2k14. Thanks for troubleshooting this issue by yourself. If your Flex is not syncing with your iOS Fitbit app, I recommend following our Syncing Troubleshoot. After following these steps your tracker should sync without an inconvenience.
