Issues with the Fitbit app.

Three items for the fitbit development team - both are minor items ...

1. I am using the most current ios app version as of this posting.  The map shown for my walk is from a previous walk.  The details (steps, mileage, time, etc) are correct. Opening up the activity shows the correct map.

2.  Used to be able to drag down from the top side of the app to force a sync.  Now this says to do this but doesn’t sync.  Only syncs at its own determined time interval.

3.  What is the interval for the heart rate to determine its value.  I notice that sometimes it’s not very accurate.  I have down rapid squats until i can feel my heart beating in my chest band breathing heavy and the charger doesn’t reach 80 bpm while doing a heart rate check using argus with camera on iphone shows above 120 bpm .. which would seem more inline.  Also i do mostly very low impact rebounding as i have cervical dystonia.  Looking at details in app for the specific activity, it shows that i hit sometimes above 150 bpm but yet am barely even breathing heavy so i find very doubtful.

As said .. minor items but might want to review.

A new version of iOS is available for download (came out on February 7).  Try upgrading to that?

I appreciate your participation in the Forums and for sharing your experience with us. I sincerely apologize for the delay in the response. I wanted to reach out and ask you if you're still experiencing this issues with the iOS app and if you have updated it to its latest version. Also, in case you haven't done it yet, please update the OS on your phone as a new update has been made available lately.

Thanks for your patience and understanding, we'll be waiting to hear from you.

Issues continue in-fact map showing random map on initial entry view happened this morning - showed a map of a drive across town but when I opened the entry the Map showed correctly. This seems to be random as it did not happen yesterday. Yes, am up to date on all software/OS.

Also still not convinced the charge 3 is very accurate on heart rate. I can only physically do low impact exercise so seeing a peak of 180 bpm without breathing heavy cannot be right. I tried tightening and loosening the band on my device with similar results.
