I have a charge HR that I cant sync to my IPhone 6S.....

I put the fitbit app on my phone

followed the directions for setup

put in the 4 digit # from the charge HR

and keep being told there is an error.

not sure what to do next.

Im not very tech savvy.

Try a restart and see if that helps

 

Do it at least 3 times.
