Latest app version is lagging and crashing.

The newest version of IOS App (2.20) seems to be pretty unresponsive from crashing, logging out at random times, lagging, Having completely reinstalled the app this doesn’t seem to have resolved. The only apparent fix to the lagging is force closing and restarting, though this soon starts again shortly afterwards. Anyone else experiencing this?

Thanks for bringing this to my attention, at this moment I would like to suggest you to update the app to the latest version (2.40.1) and if you're still experiencing issues with it, please try the following:

 

  1. Restart your phone
  2. Uninstall and reinstall the app.
