I have almost doubled my steps today compared to yesterday but yet it shows I have burnt less cals today? How can this be?
Thanks

@SunsetRunner It's hard to provide the exact cause of why you are seeing less calories today, but I think that context matters here.

For instance: manually logged workouts, BMR, exercise intensity, and heart rate (if your tracker supports it) all influence your caloric burn. Click here for more information on how Fitbit estimates calories burned.

Hope this helps!
