Lights work, but Fitbit Flex won't sync

My Fitbit flex won't sync with my phone. I've tried everything suggested online, including resetting my Fitbit. When I double tap the lights go from left to right then back. I don't know what else to do to get it to sync.

Thanks for getting back to me @Kaylyn1441! Hmmm well to be honest with you I don't believe that your Flex is already paired with another account. I believe there is an issue with the tracker itself, that is why I suggest you to contact Fitbit Support, they will look into this and offer the best solution for you.

Hi @Kaylyn1441, welcome to the Community! Let me give you a hand on this, OK first of all, I would like you to make sure you have set it up your tracker, if so, I suggest you to take a look of this article "I can't sync my tracker" which has instructions that I'm pretty sure will help you out to sync your Flex. Woman Wink

I am not able to set my tracker up or connect it to my phone. When I double tap to connect the light pattern shown is as if it is already connected to a persons account. Is this possible? I tried resetting it but it did not work.

Flex 2 was working till I changed phones 

now haven't got steps

Hi @Dolly265, it is great to see new members around the Community! 🙂 Could you please tell me what is the phone that you are currently using with your Flex 2? Is it a compatible device? Is your Flex 2 counting your steps but not syncing, right? I know there are many questions, but I need that information in order to help you out. hehe Smiley Very Happy
