Live heart rate is not showing in app.

Hi.

Every time i go to sync my Charge the heartbeat shows for a second then disappears. Ive read all the forums about cleaning the sensors and restarting whilst being connected to a usb etc.. still nothing..  Help its driving me nuts as its not very old.

@Wilmot21  Do you have Live Data enabled in your app settings?  I think this is the Help article you need.

@Wilmot21, please check @LZeeW's suggestion and enable Live Data, if the Fitbit app is still not showing you the live heart rate when syncing, please try the following:

 

  1. Go to the Bluetooth settings on your phone and check if your tracker is on the list of paired devices. If it is, tap on it and select Forget this Device.
  2. Restart your phone
  3. Open the Fitbit app and tap on Account > Your tracker  and enable All-day Sync. You will be asked to pair your tracker with your phone, please do. 
  4. (Optional) Disable All-day Sync if you like. 

This will improve the connection between your tracker and your phone and will show the live heart rate in the app.

This just started happening to me since i was forced to update to the new app console.  Supposed to be latest and greatest, but as usual, it is a disappointment.  How can i see my live heartrate?!!??!!?
