Live heart rate not showing in app

App won’t show heartbeats per minute. Shows only resting beats. Suggestions?

Hi there @kamama912, welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums! 🙂

I'm sorry to hear that you're not seeing your live heart rate on your Fitbit app. I'd like to help you out with this.

In order for this feature to work, you need to make sure that you're on the latest version of the Fitbit app. So, once you've updated the app, your current heart rate should appear on the heart rate tile and underneath that, you should be able to read what your resting heart rate is.

Turned out, when I got a new phone, I needed to set the sync to all day
sync. Problem solved. Thanks for your input!
