I accidentally set my iPhone to never let Fitbit access location and I don't know how to fix it. Anyone have any ideas?

Hello @Lisarosec, thanks for joining us. It's a pleasure for me to welcome you to the Community! Smiley Happy

To enable location for the Fitbit app, on your phone please go to Settings > Fitbit > Location. Then tap on the option While Using the App which is the default setting.

I hope this information can be useful, feel free to reply in case you need anything else! Smiley Wink

Hi I'm on iOS 10.3.3 (14G60), Fitbit app version 2.39.  I used to be able to toggle the Location settings under Settings > Fitbit > Location.  NOw I can't find the Fitbit app under Settings anymore and I can't track my run using GPS through the app.  Where has the setting gone and how can I get my GPS to track my runs again?

Hello @acho, have a warm welcome to the Fitbit Community, it's great to have you on board. Smiley Happy

In order to enable the location in the Fitbit app, please go to your phone Settings > Fitbit > Location. In here you'll be able to change the setting. Please select Always

Also, make sure Background App Refresh and Cellular Data are enabled. Now, open the Fitbit app and start an Exercise using MobileRun and check if your GPS run gets recorded.

I hope this can be helpful, give it a try and let me know the outcome! Smiley Wink

Hi, I think you misread the part where I said I could no longer find Fitbit under 'settings', therefore I cannot access the path Settings > Fitbit > Location.

Hello @acho, I hope you're having a nice day, thanks for taking the time to reply.

At this point I would like to ask you for a screenshot of your Fitbit app and a screenshot of your phone settings where the Fitbit should appear. This will be very helpful for me to check this further.

Thanks for your patience and understanding, I'll be waiting for your reply.
