Locked out of Fitbit app with new phone

hi there! i got a new phone and it wont let me log in to the fitbit app, as i dont know my password. i have tried multiple times to have the reset link sent to my email address, which is correct as i have previous emails from fitbit, but i am not receiving the rest password links. i have no wat of logging in, and when i try to contact customer support, it makes me log in! so frustrating! any help is appreciated!

Thank you for taking the time to share the inquiry regarding the Fitbit app.

I'd like to know if in any case you migrate from Fitbit to Google. If that is correct, please try to sign in with Google and use the same password that you use with your Google account.
