Can you share more about the issues your experiencing?

 

Are you using the app for the phone (iOS, Android, Windows)? or the computer (fitbit.com dashboard, or the windows 10 app from the microsoft store?

iPad, after 10 months now it needs pass word, user name, email. New format, new dashboard, where is challange. Change for changes’ sack is not progress it busy work.
