Purchases a brand new Charge 2, and have been trying to connect it to my iPhone 6 with ios 11.0.3. I've not had any progress beyond getting to the "Pair your tracker" screen in the ios app. The screen message displays "connecting to Fitbit..." but that is as far as anything goes. I've looked through the forum, and found others with syncing issues and followed the directions identifying that I need to shut down my iPhone, turn off Bluetooth, turn on Bluetooth, and restart the Charge 2. I've covered any and every combination of steps imaginable. Restart my phone countless times, reinstalled the app several times, tried connecting to my 2008 MacPro (which got me nowhere as my Bluetooth on the MP didn't connect). All of this has led me to wonder whether I received a broken Charge 2, or whether there is some other method or item I'm missing. I previously had a Charge setup on my Fitbit account, which I passed on to my husband. He's not had any issues using his app or Fitbit. What am I missing?
