How can I log time and duration of mindful sessions like meditation. It looks like only the activities via fit bit and the premium content log automatically.

Mindfulness is a stress management tool where you focus on being aware of what you're sensing and feeling in the moment, without interpretation or judgment. In the Fitbit app, choose a weekly mindfulness goal, set reminders to complete a mindfulness session, reflect on your stress level, and more.
To start a mindfulness session in the Fitbit app:
- From the Today tab
- Tap to choose a session, then tap Play Audio to begin. Note: Premium subscribers can access additional guided meditations in the Fitbit app.
- After you’re done, tap Log Reflection to record your reflection, or tap No Thanks to skip this step.
- To see details about your session, including your heart rate during the session, tap the Mindfulness tile
