Unable to log into the IOS app on Iphone5. (Incorrect email or password message)
I've tried closing, restarting, and re-installing the app to no avail.
I've even tried logging into the computer website and resetting my password(no problem there!), and I'm still unable to log in with the updated password on the app.
When I try to reset my password from the app, I get the following error message:
"The operation couldn't be completed. (NSURLErrorDomain error -1003)"
PS. I've also tried updating the Date/Time settings, and that hasn't helped either!

Once I went on WiFi, all my problems went away! Strange, because I have full LTE Verizon service while I was trying it before.
But I'm back on track.

Hi @RktSientst,
Glad to hear that you are back on track. I think what happened was once your iPhone was connected to the internet, your tracker was able to sync causing and settings change to take effect.
