1. Why does my help page show up in an Asian language (kanji)???
2. Why do I have to create a Twitter account (not) to send Fitbit an email?
3. How can I contact Fitbit to ask Them a question about my account? Besides calling and sitting on hold.
4. When you offer a survey AFTER I’m done and then take me to it immediately , what results do you truly expect? Given tonight’s search for some help, it won’t be good. Love my Fitbit, but your CS used to be so much better and easier!
