Loosing water count

Hi my IOS app keeps losing count of my water tracking. I can see the entries there on the detail page, but not showing on summary (multiple day) or tile. I've tried adding amount manually and using preset drink sizes. No difference. Any ideas?

It's nice to see you around the Community @Qvix59 Woman Very Happy! Hmmm...very strange let me say, it's the first time I heard something like this.

Anyways, please try the following steps:

  • Make sure that your Fitbit App is up-to-date
  • Log out of your Fitbit App
  • Force quit the App
  • Turn off the Bluetooth
  • Shut off your phone and turn it on after 1-2 minutes
  • Turn on the Bluetooth
  • Log back into your Fitbit App

After doing this, test your app to see if you keep losing water count.

Have a good one! Woman Wink

@Qvix59 thank you for the screenshots Smiley Happy I had not yet tried posting from my phone to the Community I appreciate the heads up on the options.

There was an update for the Fitbit App released on the second half of August that is supposed to have helped solve this kinds of bugs. It would be the App version 2.26 for iOS, is this the version you have? Otherwise the update might help.

Let me know and we will look what the issue is.
