I bought a fit bit charge 2 and used of about 1.5 weeks and lost it. I was wearing whole time and it fell off.
I did not even notice it. At first I thought it was my fault but after doing some research it is clear that it was design defect. most of the people had a same problem.
Do you have any warranty for factory defect design problems? or is it product selling strategy so people buy it again and again in every 2 weeks. poor design.
