Lost over a year of step counts.

I lost my fitbit twice, so I switched to using my iphone X. This worked great but sometime last yr I must have lost the ability to sync with the fitbit app. I lost all my step counts going back to 2017. I am trying to reload my steps from 2018 at least. I get a bonus at work for having so many steps a year. I used my phone for 2017 with no problems. I was even able to retroactively load the last 3 months of 2017 that were recorded with my phone. When I try to sync my data today it only goes back maybe 20 days.

I used sync solver in the past but it isn't helping this time.

Any steps that have gotten synced to the Fitbit app stay there, and can be seen by logging into the Fitbit app with the correct username/email.

I'm not clear on how you were using your phone and where you were storing those steps.  Were you syncing the steps from your phone to Fitbit?

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.
