Low Battery

I charged my Fitbit last night and it still shows low batter but it also keeps looking for it and it's not syncing. The white dots still work how can this be fixed?

Hi, @FitChic1! I would suggest trying the usual steps of restarting your app, turning your Bluetooth off and on, and restarting your phone, too. You can also try restarting your tracker, but this seems like an issue with your phone, not your tracker.
