I’ve had a Fitbit and android for years! I just switched to iPhone 13 and I don’t get any notifications on my luxe. And no apps appear on my “app notification” drop down list on my Fitbit app. I have done EVERYTHING. Are the two not compatible with each other?

Welcome to the community forums, @Shawna28.
Thanks for the details and your efforts. This is odd as your Luxe should be able to receive any notification that arrives on your iPhone. I understand you've tried some steps, but could you confirm if you followed the troubleshooting described here? Please note with iOS devices the Show Previews must be set as Always or When Unlocked and the Notification Center On.

Hi,
thank you for responding but yes. I get calls but no texts. And on my “app notification” drop down bar, only FaceTime and Snapchat appear but I don’t receive those notifications either.

Hi there, @Shawna28.
You're welcome, and thanks to you for sharing more details. Given this situation, let me recommend reconnecting your watch to the Fitbit app:
Once that is done, set up the notifications one more time making sure the notifications settings on your phone and Fitbit app are correct.

Thanks for the ideas but that also didn’t work. I’ve done that multiple times. My Fitbit alerts me when I make a call (which is new to me, it’s never done that before) so I know it’s connected.
