My Luxe will not stay synced to my iPhone 13. Last time it was synced was 3/6. I’ve tried all the troubleshooting stuff: turn off/on Bluetooth, restart, blah blah. Chat is no help at all. This was purchased in August and will be my last FitBit. I have a couple medical conditions so I like to track my sleep and HR. Has anyone returned their product? How’s the warranty work?

Best AnswerI am past the return window also. I HATE this Luxe!! I am thinking of trying Amazon’s tracker. Very disappointed in Fitbit at this time!! It upsets me that it won’t sync so I get no sleep score, or anything really. I loved all my previous Fitbits but this one is junk!
