The macros do not calculate correctly. When I figure the percentages using grams in the Nutrition info. They don’t match the macro percentages. This is not a useful tool since it is always incorrect and I have to do it manually multiple times a day to make sure I am on track.🙁

Hi there @JJSpack. Great to see you in the Fitbit Community Forums! 🙂
I'm very sorry to hear about this but thanks a lot for taking the time to bring it up! Now, would you be able to share some screenshots of specific items you're having issues with? This for me to be able to forward it to our team and for them to take a deeper look into this.
Thanks a lot again and if you need anything else, I'm here to help!
Ps. I'm moving your post to the iOS app board for categorization purposes.

Having the same problem
I was using the MyPlate app before switching over and the percentages just don't add up...

Hello @colesaurus, thanks for joining the Fitbit Community, it's great to have you on board.
I appreciate your participation in the Forums and for reporting this to us. At this moment I would like to ask you for some screenshots where you're comparing the macros between both apps so we can check this further. This will be very helpful for us.
Thanks for your patience and understanding, we'll be waiting for your reply.
