Manual activity log, entry overlaps

With one of the more recent updates, the manual activity log entry screen has all of the entry “wheels” for date, time, distance, etc overlapping. This causes it to be rather difficult to read. I’ve noticed it when entering my swimming logs this week, when adjusting the distance for each workout. I use an iPhone 7.

@CheesyK, thanks for sharing that your swim logs details are overlapped, as well for your efforts in trying to attach a screenshot. As @Julia_G, I also tried logging a swim activity on the Fitbit app and while I can see my details, I'm not sure if I'm in the right place. Here is what I can see in the Fitbit app:

If you're not able to see these screens, please give a try to the following steps

  1. Log out from the Fitbit app
  2. Check if the Fitbit app is updated.
  3. Force quit the Fitbit app as described here.
  4. Reboot your phone.
  5. Open the Fitbit app, log back in to your Fitbit account and check your details.

 

By the way, to share a picture in the Community Forums, let me suggest to check the steps from this post.

Hi, @CheesyK , I am not seeing this, or else I am not looking in the right place.  I just tried to enter a manual swimming log on the iOS app and had no issues.

 

Would it be possible for you to share a screen shot?  You can add a picture by clicking on the camera icon above the message box.

Thanks for the reply Julia! It must be a screen size or software issue
then. Trying to attach a screenshot here, from my email reply. Couldn’t
upload one from the forums from my phone, no camera icon, no way to attach
a photo or insert one that I could find.
