Message disappeared when I swiped my phone to view

I saw part of a message notification on fit bit, and when I swiped to unlock my phone and read it the message is nowhere to be found. Any idea? I had no way of knowing who sent it at this stage.

Welcome to our Community @bostonkir! It's nice to have you here! Cat WinkTo see your messages on your iOS device please do the following:

 

1. Log into your Fitbit app account.

2. Tap the "Friends" option.

3. At the top of the screen you'll see "Messages"option, tap on it and you'll see all your messages.

Hello,

i have the same issue. I received a notification on my iPhone that a friend sent me a message on Fitbit. I’m logged into my app but it says I have no message in my friends feed?

where has it gone please as I want to reply but can’t find it and the notification has now gone from iPhone notification display?
