Just this evening (1/13/18) I got a read error message when I opened the Fitbit app to sync with my band.  The message say my Charge 2 isn't syncing because my iPhone's Bluetooth is off.  But when I got to settings my Bluetooth is on and the Charge 2 is connected.  I turned off the Bluetooth and then turned it back on and reconnected the Charge 2 but I'm still getting this message.  Any solutions????

I just talked to my computer techie husband and he suggested I turn off my iPhone, and then back on.  That seems to have done the trick.  Not sure why I didn't think of that.
