Hello @Jel100 and welcome to the Help forums.  I looked in the Fitbit app gallery, https://gallery.fitbit.com/apps and Tomato isn't listed.  You can search the App Gallery for other apps that might help you with your CGM needs.

You don't need to. You need the Glance watch face. This can integrate with Tomato.
