Migration to Google / data export

I need to migrate to google from my Fitbit app which is based on my iPad. I also want to export my data. 
However, the Settings menu doesn’t display the Data Export option which google says should be there. Nor do I see the option to Move Account which google also says should be displayed in my settings. 
I’ve wasted 45 minutes that could have been spent doing something useful or enjoyable. can anyone offer any insight or advice? Thanks.

Hi @Whocares13   For you data export, please see this Help article with the relevant section expanded for you.  To start the account migration, tap on your gear icon in the upper right of your app.  The migration start prompt is at the top and you can't miss it.
