Mile information showing discrepancies between Flex 2 and Apple Health

Have IPhone 6S+ the health app shows 3.8 miles and Fitbit flex 2 shows 2.5, both started with 0 miles. I have rebooted phone and checked Fitbit app?

Have you experienced this issue before or is this the first time? What type of activity is the one affected, a run or a walk or any other?

 

At this moment I would like to suggest you to reset your Flex 2 and then perform a new activity. If you're still seeing a discrepancy in the distance, please take a screenshot of the activity in the Fitbit app and the Apple Health app so I can check this further.
