I push a stroller approximately 4 miles yet the Fitbit didn't measure correctly. Is this because my arms don't move as they are groped to the handle?

I'm afraid so. This is a problem with all wrist-worn trackers. If the arm is not moving normally then the fitbit is not tracking normally. There's more information on this, including what we can do to minimise the problem, in this help file:

@Petunia2552   Obviously, you want to get full credit for this activity, especially if you have a tracker with with heart tracking.

A Fitbit user who takes kickboxing (and cannot wear her tracker) said she put her Charge 2 tracker in her bra and worked!  She later tried it on a run and it worked, too!  I bet it would work for a Charge 2 or an Alta HR.

Some people say they put their tracker on their ankle.  Amazon has band extenders for Charge 2 and Alta HR.  They both have more positive reviews than negative reviews.  I have a skinny ankle -- an XL replacement band from Fitbit would fit me.

Will this help you?
