I cannot possibly stop working and walk around for 15 min every hour at work, but I want reminders for me to get up and take a break. How do I set 250 step reminders every 2 hours instead of every hour?

I really appreciate our members's input and feedback and I would like to thank you for yours. I understand how important it is for you to be able to customize your hourly activity step reminders, I think this is a great idea that might also be helpful for many people which is why I would like to encourage you to submit your insight as a suggested idea, where our members can comment and vote for it so it can be implemented in the future. This is the best way to make your voice heard.
