Military time or not

I have what looks like military time display on my Fitbit that currently says 2107 (it’s 9:08pm eastern time). It’s obviously not the time and doesn’t seem like a timer. I want it off but have no idea where to look for it.

Could you give some more perspective?  Did this just start?  Is this number filling up the whole screen, or just showing where you would expect the time?  Is the number changing as if it could be 24 hour time of the wrong time zone, or is steady "2107" as if it is a constant having nothing to do with time, like maybe an error code?  Is it the only thing you can see, or can you change to other screens normally?

Which model Fitbit?

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.

2107 = 9:07pm. That's the 24-hour clock. You can change it to 12-hour clock in the app settings. Tap your profile picture in the top left, scroll down to App Settings, then Clock Display Time and check 12-hour. Sync your device after that, and you should be good to go.
