Missing Data on the Fitbit account

Yesterday I updated my app (iPhone), and lost all my data on the app from before yesterday. The only thing that remained were a few badges and my friends. Today I signed into the dashboard on my computer, and I can see my old data on the dashboard--except there is a huge gap between the end of May and September! I was wearing my FitBit during that period and synced it frequently. Please help!

 

A side note: when I updated the app, it required me to add my device again as if it were new. It's not new and and using the same account.

Thanks for bringing this to my attention. It seems odd as the information should remain in your Fitbit account after syncing, unless your Fitbit device was unpaired or setup in a different account. I'd recommend to verify the email address used to log in to the Fitbit app and your fitbit.com dashboard. Since the Fitbit app was recently updated, try to force quit the Fitbit app and reboot your phone to see if this helps getting your old information displayed. Feel free to let me know if the issue persists.
