Hello, I am having issues with the fitbit app on my mobile. As I open the app, it closes up immediately on its own or else I just try to sync and the screen goes back and out immediately. All this happened when I did the update. It is really annoying knowing you can't track or see anything. I have already uninstalled the app and installed it again and nothing changed 😔

Hi @marmic85 which platform are you using? Be sure to have the latest of the app for your phone's system. Both iOS and Android have had app updates in the past two weeks.

I have uninstalled and installed the app again so it should be the latest version I am using. In fact the homepage looks different than the previous one

You using iOS? Some people had problems with it closing the app. Might that be your problem?

I'm moving this over to the iOS thread. Be sure you have the latest iOS app for your phone. It was updated last week for iOS phones and should help you.
