For the last few months, most of the times (I.e. 90% of the time) activities (I.e., spinning, elliptical, treadmill, workout, etc.) get reflected as active minutes. But they do not show up on the app exercise dashboard: I have attached snapshots from today for reference.
The Fitbit app is running on iOS. I am using a charge 2 device. I select and start the corresponding activity on the device. Once done stop it on the device. And sync with the app.
Before this issue started happening, it was working fine with the same setup device, approach and set of activities.
I couldn’t find any specific pattern and it’s happening almost every time.
i have tried a suggestion in one of the similar topics on the forum: sign-out from the app, restart phone and sign-in into the app. It didn’t help. The thread in question was closed without any resolution.
The exercise dashboard gives a good summary, so I would really like to restore this feature. Does anyone/@fitbit team have any solution?
