Missing historical food data in IOS app

It isn't a huge problem but all of a sudden I am missing entire weeks of food logs in December and January and a couple of weeks have only a day or two. Has anyone else's experienced this?

Hello @SunsetRunner, it's great to see you around, I hope you're having a great day.

This seems like a very odd situation but it's possible the information is not updating correctly with the information in our servers. Please go to the Food log section of your online Dashboard, and check if your Food logs from December appear there by tapping on the left arrow on the Food Log section.

If your food logs appear on the site, that means the information is not updating properly in the App. In this case I would like to suggest the following to refresh the information:

  • Force-close the app by double tapping the home button and swiping up the app.
  • Log out from the app, restart your phone and log back in.

Please give it a try and in case you're still not seeing your logs, please feel free to reply!
