@Splits If you use GPS to track your run, it should show your splits regardless of whether you use your phone's GPS or your Surge's.

I'd recommend making sure that your iOS device is connected to the internet, force close the App and then reopen it.

You can force close the App by: rapidly double tapping your iOS home button > swipe left until you see a preview of the Fitbit App > and then swipe up on the preview to force close.

Hope this helps!

If you start tracking your run through the onboard watch menu with the phone on tour person too splits do not show after syncing only a map. But it your start the tracking through the phone app itself splits and a map of the run are presented

I have a similar problem but your solution didn't work for me.  I ran a half marathon wearing my charge hr and carrying my phone.  I would like to know my mile splits.  At the beginning of the race I started tracking on my phone app and was receiving distance and average pace notifications throughout the race using bluetooth headphones.

After the race the app shows 2 exercise items for the race:  One is labeled run, the other walk.  The run has no map. The walk has a map but no splits and continuously says "try again to sync" and "loading activity stats".  I've tried to sync, closed the app, turned off/on my phone, turned off/on bluetooth...nothing seems to work.

I ran 3.75 miles today with charge 3 and iPhone 7.

after it synced I see splits for miles 2, 3, and 3.

It doesn’t show my last fraction of a mile.  It counts!  Why lose it? Or am I doing something wrong?

I include a screenshot to demonstrate the issue. In the top left, you can see I ran 3.78 miles, but I only see splits for the first 3 miles. I’d really like to know my pace for that final 0.78 mile.
