I am missing months of steps and miles on my Fitbit charge 3. Two huge gaps. One from May 22 to July 26 and another from September 7 to November 8. I am in a step challenge and it is had to know if I finished if there is no data to enter.

Thanks for letting me know that your information isn't showing up correctly. I understand how important is to keep your information updated and let me help you with this. To look into this, may I know if your Charge 3 has the latest firmware update? Do you recall if you had issues to sync it during that time? Also, by any chance do you have another Fitbit linked to your account that might have caused your information to override?
If you've not done so, please try logging out from the Fitbit app, force quit the Fitbit app, reboot your phone, log back in to the app and sync your tracker to see if your information is updated.
