Missing sync now button in mobiletrack

I currently have the most up to date versions of my app and running on iPhone 6s. For months now, mobiletrack has been stuck at last synced feb 28 which is when I got my phone. I use my Fitbit all day everyday but when it is charging I want to rely on mobiletrack as it is designed. However I am unable to sync mobiletrack manually as there is no sync now button available. I have tried all the usual turning off and on, updating, logging in and out, and blah blah. I just want to force sync my mobiletrack, but when I go to account>mobiletrack>remove device is my only option. How do I fix this? I want my steps when I'm not wearing my Fitbit.

Welcome to the Fitbit Community @Jkolva. It's great to have you here. There is actually a button to sync now when using MobileTrack. You can follow @bbarrera's instructions to find the sync now button in MobileTrack.

It should look like the screen shot below:

Please be aware there are some difficulties to sync using MobileTrack. You can find workarounds and updates about MobileTrack syncing issues in @DerrickS's post. Thanks for your patience while dealing with this situation.

If necessary, you can add steps to your account by manually logging activities like Walking, Running or Hiking. Please be aware these steps don't count towards Challenges, Best nor Badges. You can find your average steps in the online Dashboard.

Catch you later. Smiley Very Happy
