Missing tiles

Why can I still not see my tiles I missing my progress from previous days which I deep need to screenshot as evidence for a challenge I’m on to claim my medal and the frustrating because I have completed the challenge but need to record data and send it in as evidence but I CANT SEE THAT SCREEN😡😡
