My charge 3 has stopped syncing to my iphone

My charge 3 has worked perfectly fine for 4 months and now it won’t sync with my iphone. I have to put my Fitbit on charge for it to be able to sync. It also has a delay with the time and all the exercises on my Fitbit have changed to Pilates but on my app says different. I’ve updated my iphone and still no change. What can I do to fix it?
