Mobile App (iOS) does not synch to the web/server

My Blaze is less than a month old and up until yesterday, the data shown in the mobile app is the same as the data shown in my website dashboard. If I look at the synch dates, my tracker synchs to the mobile app because it updates the data. But it also says the last synch was at 148pm yesterday Dec 21. That is the same date on the website dashboard with only 3k+ steps for Dec 21. The mobile app shows 8k+ steps for Dec 21.

Has anyone experienced the same problem and have suggestions? Thanks.

Hello @0laitot, thank you for joining us, have a warm welcome to the Community!

This is indeed a very odd situation, has this happened only once? Did the correct number of steps was shown the next time you synced your tracker? I would like to suggest logging out from your online Dashboard and log back in to check if the steps have been corrected. If not, please reply to me with a screenshot of your mobile and online Dashboards, that would be very helpful to investigate this situation further.

Keep me posted! Smiley Happy

Hi Marco! I think I've figured it out. I switch between two data providers for my phone and one of them returns a CAPTCHA window (See attached screenshot). So the problem seems to be with this data provider because I get a similar prompt/screen for some sites. When I use the other data provider (or my home internet connection), I am able to sync my Fitbit with no issues. Thanks for your help any way 🙂IMG_1356.PNG

Hello @0laitot, I hope you're doing well. Thanks so much for the update, I'm glad the issue was identified and that your tracker is syncing correctly with one of your internet providers and at home.
