Hi,
i am using my iPhone 6S and I am using the Fitbit app to sync with my mobile health app (mobile tracking) which I am syncing my Apple Watch to. However, the Fitbit app only counts steps on my phone not my Apple Watch series 4. Is there any way I can fix this? Or isn’t bag all mobile tracking can do? If not this is a suggestion, and apple users would use Fitbit app too.
Thnx
Please Answer ASAP
PS: I am a Fitbit user, I just upgraded from an ionic Fitbit. Sorry.

@Sports-lover I have half an answer for you. MobileTrack uses the motion sensors in your phone to count steps. It does not count steps measured by your Apple Watch. So in that sense, MobileTrack is working as designed.
There is an app called Sync Solver which is supposed to allow syncing between Fitbit and Apple. I have no first hand knowledge about how it works.
I hope this helps.
