Mobile Tracker on Iphone 8

Anyone having an issue not being able to find mobile tracker on the app in a Iphone 8 plus?

Yes - I’m having the same issue .. mobile track does not seem to be an option on the iPhone 8

I have the same issue ... I hear they are working on making it compatible... I hope it’s soon lol had to switch back to my old Fitbit flex to keep tracking my steps

@TCSaenz  @Zathras  @hgosalia  I don't know what the hold up is -- but the iPhone 8 is not on the list of Supported Devices -- yet.  I'm sure Mobile Track will be available as soon as it is on the list.

I am having the same issue. Hopefully, this will be resolved soon.

Maybe the iPhone 8 doesn't have the correct hardware or if it does the app can not detect it. 

We might have to wait for an updaye.
