Mobile Tracking steps not syncing

Hi there
Im new to fitbit and Im so excited about your app. I use the mobile tracking as I do not have a fitbit device. But I find that the steps do not sync accurately with my iPhone5S Heart app. I have updated to th latest version of the fitbit app.

Any advice?

@Talita Welcome to the Fitbit Community! It's great to have you here! It's weird that your steps tracked by your MobileTrack are not syncing with your iHeart app properly. I recommend logging out of the Fitbit app, turn your phone off and then turn it back on. Once this has been done, open the app, log in and test a walk and check out if the issue persists. If the syncing is still not accurate, I suggest you to contact our Customer Support team so they can investigate further.

Hi there,

Thank you for your response, I did what you suggested but it is still not
accurately syncing.

I will contact the Customer Care as you suggested.
