my Fitbit app is currently in german and I don’t understand so much of it, this happened after I got my new iPhone yesterday and I had to download the app again.
If other apps, as well as the Fitbit app, are in German, you will have to go into your phone’s settings. Changing the language on your phone changes the language in the Fitbit app.
If it is just the Fitbit app that is in German, then you can:
open the app,
tap Account at the top, left of the screen
scroll down to Advanced Settings
location. The app should pick up the correct language from the location you select.
