Mobile sync and pounds lost

Currently struggling quite a bit when it comes to weight and the fact that mobile trench doesn't sync.

 

Pounds lost isn't updating, at all and it just looks like I've changed the starting weight, which I haven't.

 

Would love some help.

Hi, @pixelprince, can you explain further?  What is mobile trench?

Sense, Charge 5, Inspire 2; iOS and Android
