I used to be able to sync via MobileTrack but it no longer works.
I use an iPhone 6s, that I regularly update and I keep my apps updated.
When I try to sync, I go to Account>MobileTrack>Sync now. I get "syncing..." for <1min and then it goes back to "sync now", but tells me it's not synced yet and no matter how many times I do it that never changes. I have tried: force quitting (nothing), removing and adding MobileTrack to the account (nothing), restarting my phone after above (nothing). I don't know what to try next but I'm getting frustrated by this app's inability to sync with the data from my phone, esp since I have an Apple Watch that does track my information.
Any advice?

I'm having the same problem. Tried so many thing multiple times. Don't know what else to do because for one, it doesn't seem like anyone answers questions on here.

Hi, I was having the same problem but if you go into help. There's a option to restart your Fitbit and once I did that it seemed to solve the problem. Hope it works for you! Good luck!😊
